Right click dropdown menu for a selected row in a listbox

I want to have a right click dropdown menu from a listbox (hightlighted row). It will update data on the selected row (highlighted). And the menu will contain “Add location”,”Add Report” “Remove Report” etc. Each item in the dropdown menu has a callback function....

In other words, is it possible to have a right click dropdown menu for a row in a listbox????

I tried to compare and understand the object level rightclick dropdown menu vs formal module dropdown menu in the formal.dxl file. But I have failed to find anything info for a listbox rightclick dropdown menu.

Any suggestion or sample code will help me a lot.
